🛒 Orders & Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and all major Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). All payments are processed securely — we never store your card details.

Q: Can I use any bank's debit/credit card, or only a PayPal card?

You can use any bank's Visa, MasterCard, or American Express card. You do not need a PayPal account. At checkout, simply select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" within the PayPal window and enter your card details directly.

Q: How will I know my order was placed successfully?

After a successful purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email within 15 minutes. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?

Because our prints are custom-made to order and go into production quickly, you must contact us within 2 hours of placing your order to request any changes or cancellation. Email us immediately at support@printovly.com.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer FREE shipping on all orders to the United States. International orders have a small flat-rate shipping fee. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

There are two stages: Production Time + Shipping Time.

  • Production: 2–4 business days (your print is custom made).
  • US Shipping: 3–7 business days after production.
  • Total US delivery: Approximately 5–11 business days from order date.

Q: How will my print be packaged?

Art prints are rolled and shipped in a rigid, crush-resistant cardboard tube with sealed end caps — the same professional packaging used by museum gift shops. Canvas prints are shipped flat in a reinforced box.

Q: How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.

🎨 Product Questions

Q: Do your prints come with a frame?

No, all art prints are sold unframed. We ship the rolled print in a protective tube. This allows you to choose a frame that matches your personal style. All our sizes are compatible with standard frames from IKEA, Amazon, Target, and most home décor stores.

Q: What paper quality do you use?

We use 200 GSM heavyweight matte fine art paper with archival pigment inks rated to last 70+ years. See our full Print Quality & Materials page for details.

Q: What sizes are available?

We offer prints in 4 standard sizes: 8×10 in, 12×16 in, 18×24 in, and 24×36 in. Visit our Size Guide to find the perfect size for your wall.

Q: Will the print colors exactly match what I see on my screen?

Colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor's brightness and color calibration settings. We use museum-grade color profiles in our printing process, so your print will be extremely close to the original artwork's true colors. Matte paper delivers accurate, non-reflective color reproduction.

Q: Are the artworks you sell in the public domain?

Yes, absolutely. All artworks sold on PrintOvly are historic masterpieces whose copyright has long expired (e.g., Monet, Van Gogh, Da Vinci, Klimt). These works belong to global cultural heritage and are completely legal to reproduce and sell as prints.

📂 Digital Downloads

Q: How do I get my digital download file?

After completing your purchase, your high-resolution download link will be sent instantly to your email. You can also find the download link in your WooCommerce account under "Orders." No waiting, no shipping — instant access!

Q: What format and resolution are the digital files?

Files are delivered in high-resolution JPEG format at 300 DPI, which is suitable for printing at any of our listed sizes (up to 24×36 inches and beyond) without any loss in quality.

Q: Can I resell the digital files I purchase?

No. Digital downloads are sold under a Personal Use License only. You may print them for personal home décor, but you may not resell, redistribute, or use them commercially. See our Digital Downloads License page for full terms.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Q: My print arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're so sorry to hear that! Please email us at support@printovly.com within 30 days of delivery with your Order ID and a photo of the damage. We will send you a 100% free replacement immediately — no return shipping required.

Q: Can I return a print because I changed my mind?

Because every print is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we strongly encourage you to use our Size Guide and painter's tape trick before ordering to ensure you love the result!
