At PrintOvly.com, every art print is custom-produced to order with museum-quality care. Please review our shipping details below before placing your order.
1. Production / Printing Time
Because every poster and canvas print is made-to-order especially for you, please allow time for production before shipment:
- 🖨️ Standard Art Prints (Posters): 2 – 4 Business Days
- 🖼️ Canvas Prints: 3 – 5 Business Days
- 📂 Instant Digital Downloads: Available immediately after payment — no production time needed.
Note: Production time does not include shipping transit time. Orders are not processed on weekends or US public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, peak seasons, or carrier delays outside our control.
3. How We Package Your Art
We take exceptional care to ensure your fine art print arrives in perfect condition:
- 📦 Posters & Art Prints: Rolled and shipped inside a rigid, crush-resistant cardboard tube with sealed end caps to prevent any bending or damage during transit.
- 🖼️ Canvas Prints: Carefully wrapped in protective materials and shipped in a reinforced flat box.
- 🌿 Eco-Friendly: We use recyclable packaging materials wherever possible.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status directly on the carrier's website (USPS, FedEx, or UPS).
You can also visit our Track Your Order page anytime for live updates.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the United States, your package may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before ordering.
6. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window and is showing no movement on tracking, please contact us at support@printovly.com. We will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, ship a 100% free replacement at no extra cost to you.
Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing an order.
7. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 2 hours of purchase at support@printovly.com. Once your order has entered production, we are unable to change the shipping address.
