1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders (100% Guaranteed)

Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If your order arrives damaged, has printing defects, or is the incorrect item, we will send you a 100% free replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

  • Time Limit: You must report any damage or defect within 30 days of receiving your package.
  • How to Claim: Send an email to support@printovly.com containing:
    1. Your Order ID (e.g., #PV-1001).
    2. A clear photo of the damaged print or incorrect product.
    3. A photo of the shipping tube/packaging if it was damaged during transit.
  • No need to ship it back: To save your time, you do not need to mail the damaged print back to us. Once we verify the photo, we will process your replacement or refund instantly.

2. Digital Downloads Policy

For customers purchasing our Instant Digital Download ($4.99) option:

  • Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned, all sales of digital download products are final and non-refundable.
  • If you experience any issues downloading or opening your high-resolution files, please contact us at support@printovly.com, and we will send you fresh direct download links immediately.

3. Change of Mind or Incorrect Size Ordered

Because every physical art print is custom-produced to order (selecting your exact artist, painting, and print size), we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or ordering the incorrect size.

Please double-check your wall dimensions and refer to our Size Guide before placing your order. If you made a mistake on your order, please email us within 2 hours of purchase, and we will update your order details before it goes into production.

4. Packages Lost in Transit

All our packages are shipped with end-to-end tracking. If your package is lost in transit and does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, we will ship a 100% free replacement to your shipping address.

Note: We are not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier but are missing or stolen. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and correct.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved and processed by our support team:

  • It will be automatically credited back to your original payment method (PayPal or Credit/Debit Card).
